Brut IPA

A bone-dry, effervescent and highly aromatic take on an American IPA. Utilizing a higher percentage of flaked rice and corn as well as an enzyme in the mash to help break down starches leads to an extremely fermentable wort with next to no residual sugar post-fermentation. Crisp, clean and aromatic with mild bitterness.
